AQ Refund Policy

1. Charitable Contributions and Memberships
All ArtsQuest memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket purchases for ArtsQuest fundraising events are also non-refundable.

2. Ticket and Class Registration Refunds

• Musikfest Ticket Policy:

All Sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Tickets that are lost or damaged will be reprinted at a cost of $5.00 per ticket with a maximum of $20.00 per order and may be picked up at each venue Box Office. Your E-mail Order Confirmation and proper photo identification are needed when picking up your tickets. There will be no tickets reprinted for the lawn section of the RiverPlace venue under any circumstance. The ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as 'Lehigh Valley Tix'.

Entry into a concert venue with weapons, illegal drugs, food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Audio, video taping or flash photography is not permitted.

The ticket holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of this event.

Inclement weather is not cause for a refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. A performance that has begun, but is shortened due to severe weather conditions, is not cause for a full or partial refund. No refunds will be issued for service fees under any circumstances.

All persons entering a venue, including babies in arms, must have a ticket. Each concert ticket at the Riverplace venue will allow one admittance. If you leave the venue, for any reason, re-admittance will not be allowed.

Tickets purchased through this website are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. ArtsQuest reserves the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy.

There may be per-order ticket limits established by concert promoters or show producers for some events. These limits will appear on the specific event page and must be adhered to.

Service Fees: There is a $5.00 per ticket handling fee for all tickets purchased by telephone or internet. This includes telephone, internet or walk-in orders (at the ArtsQuest Box Office or at the Banana Factory).

ADA seating is available for all concerts. All requests for wheelchair accessible seating must be made by phone or at the ArtsQuest Box Office at the time of purchase, during regular business hours. One companion seat is available for purchase with each ADA concert ticket.

• Banana Factory Class Policy:
Classes are subject to cancellation. ArtsQuest is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or other travel expenses incurred due to a cancellation. The Banana Factory reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. If you register for a course which is cancelled, you will be notified of the cancellation and issued a refund.

Refunds
If a student requests a cancellation more than 7 days before class begins, he or she will receive a refund. No refund will be issued for student cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of class. A “no show” will result in the customer’s credit card being charged the entire course fee. A $10 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations.

Schedule Changes
The Banana Factory reserves the right to make staff, fee, room and regulation changes without prior notice.

Makeup Dates
The Banana Factory does not offer makeup dates for any student who is unable to attend a scheduled class.

Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, students should call 610-332-1300, ext. 810, to learn the status of classes for that day. A makeup session will be scheduled for any class that is cancelled due to the weather.

Photography Policy
The Banana Factory reserves the right to use photographs taken during classes and other programs for the marketing and promotion of the art center. Any parent or legal guardian who does not wish to have his or her child photographed is asked to notify the art center upon registration.
